At the beginning of 2021, we launched the beta program for our new Campaign Performance Reports. This feature is now complete with additional capabilities, including:
- filtering by schedule type, campaign group, and campaign tag
- exporting reports to .csv files
- timeframe grouping by days, weeks, or months for the campaign performance chart
- channel icons to indicate channel type in the Campaign Performance Table
These additions will make working with Campaign Performance Reports more functional and flexible.
What are the Campaign Performance Reports?
The Campaign Performance Reports have their own dedicated page in the Zaius application where you can drill down into metrics across all your channels, or by individual channel types, including email, SMS, and Web Campaigns. With this page, you have access to a comprehensive view of your omnichannel metrics at an aggregate, cross-campaign level in Zaius and to unlock access to an overview report for all your channels.
Check out your new Campaign Performance Reports by clicking on Campaigns in the top-level menu, then selecting the Performance tab.
What's changing in my account?
Note that once the Campaign Performance Reports is enabled in your account, the metrics displayed on the Campaign List page (which you’ll find under Campaigns > Engage) will no longer be available, and you will have to consult the Campaign Performance Page to see your aggregate and individual campaign metrics. (And of course, the Touchpoint Summary Reports will still be available for individual campaign metrics.)
