Templates are useful to capture the primary structure and design of the content that is used for a season, type of content (promotional vs. transactional), or for managing workflow.
Creating a Template
Under Engage -> Templates you can create templates for individual channels.
- Click Create New Template
- Name your template where it says "UNTITLED TEMPLATE"
- Choose the channel you want to create a template for
- Design your template
Cloning a Template
From the list of templates you can click the clone icon
When you are changing a design and want to save your changes as a clone you can choose Save as Clone instead of Save.
