It is easy to understand the impact of campaigns at many different levels.
- Across all campaigns
- A single campaign
- Touchpoints within a campaign
- A single piece of content (in a test, for example)
In this guide, you will learn how to measure campaigns at these different levels.
Measure Across All Campaigns
At the top of the Campaigns page is a header that contains the summary of all the campaigns listed below it.
By default, this includes all of the campaigns. If you filter down using the search bar, or selecting a specific status or group on the left, then this header will include all the information for those selected.
You can change viewing Total or Unique with the selector in the header. This effects all campaign cards below. You can also click on the scroll dots at the bottom of the header to see more metrics available.
Measure a Single Campaign
Each campaign on the has a card with the overall campaign metrics on it.
This card includes the metrics for all the touchpoints within a campaign.
Measuring Campaign Touchpoints
Once you click into a campaign that is currently active or completed, you can see each touchpoint with the same metrics as shown at the campaign level.
There are also users that are between touchpoints, exited at a certain point, or have timed out from being eligible for the next touchpoint. You can view these metrics by clicking on the user icon between two touchpoints as shown above.
