Including products in content is a great way to automate the right product content showing to your users.
Zaius has many types of product content that can be show, this guide will walk you through the types of content. You can often think of these in different levels:
Personalized Behaviors (User): This includes actual products and content that a user has viewed, added to cart, purchased, etc... This is how you pull in data for Abandon Cart, Browse Abandon and can be leveraged to include any product from a behavior that a user has accomplished. Using Behaviors to Personalize Content
Personalized Recommendations (User): These are predictive recommendations that output a personal recommendation for each user based on a predictive model. If a user has no recommendation available (has no previous product interactions) then they are given the top sellers in content. Using Product Recommendations in Content
Grand Product Recommendations: These are "recommendations" that are based on the behavior of all users and given as a summary. For example, top sellers, hot sellers, etc... Personalized Product Insights (Product): These are specific recommendations that are driven off of the products interactions with other products.
