Engagement & Conversion Reports for SMS & MMS
We implemented two new Touchpoint Summary Reports for SMS and MMS touchpoints.
The Conversion Report provides you with insight into the conversion rate of your SMS touchpoint and the revenue it generated. You can easily attribute revenue to products featured in your text messages by sorting through your products that were most frequently sold and generated the most revenue. The Engagement Report will show you how many recipients responded to your message.
Country Code Selector
The Country code selector will create phone number standardization and eliminate end-user confusion about proper formatting, while adding an extra layer of validation.
URL Shortener (Coming Soon)
The URL shortener will give you access to additional tracking capabilities, so we highly recommend using it with SMS touchpoints. This feature will help you understand what content generated engagement by indicating clicks in the Engagement Report. It will also lower your character count, helping you save cost for total messages sent.
New One-Click Integrations
Direct Mail Channel through Poplar
You now have access to a Direct Mail channel, thanks to our new integration with Poplar. You can send segments over to Poplar, where you can coordinate and launch direct mail campaigns to prospects and customers.
HubSpot & Klevu Integrations (Coming Soon)
Soon, you’ll be able to use our integrations with HubSpot and Klevu to make your customer data more actionable.
You’ll be able to sync data from Zaius into HubSpot for personalization, segmentation, and in robust HubSpot workflows to automate campaigns.
Using the Klevu integration, you'll have the ability to pull keywords searched into Zaius and target customers with products related to those keywords.
Web Campaign Enhancements (Coming Soon)
Touchpoint Summary Reports for Web Campaigns
For the first time, you will have access to Touchpoint Summary Reports for Web Campaigns. With metrics available for web embeds and modals, you’ll have the ability to measure the performance of your web campaigns, including those with On-Site Personalization, and make data-driven improvements to them. The Engagement Report shows the number of impressions, clicks, and submissions for a web modal or embed over a period of time, while the Disengagement Report indicates how many visitors exited a modal, without having taken action.
Recipes for Web Campaigns
We are also making Recipes for Web Campaigns available which will allow you to quickly spin up and launch web embeds and web modals. The recipes will include many popular use cases, including Email & Phone number collection, product type showcases, and best seller recommendations.
