This integration allows you to enrich your customer interactions in Gorgias with Zaius Insights and Observations. Provide your customer support team with relevant customer data, including order likelihood, discount usage, total revenue, and more, right next to a customer’s support ticket. Then, within Zaius, you can build segments of users with Gorgias IDs to understand who interacted with your support team and what their behaviors and purchasing habits are.
When you install the Gorgias Sync app, it will create properties in Gorgias for your Zaius Insights and Observations on customers, including:
- Time to next order
- Likelihood to purchase
- Discount usage
- Engagement rank
- AOV percentile
- Last purchased product
- And any field that lives on the Customer object
Attributes are synced to Gorgias once a day. If a contact exists in Zaius, but does not exist in Gorgias, the contact will not be added to Gorgias.
In Zaius, navigate to the Gorgias Sync tile in the App Directory, then switch to the Settings tab. Complete the API authorization form with information you will find in your Gorgias account (under Settings > REST API).
Under Configuration, you can select the fields you want to sync from Zaius. You can sync over as many attributes and insights as you want. When you’re done, click Save, then Start Sync, and your Zaius data will appear in the relevant Gorgias tickets after a few minutes. Following the initial sync, Zaius insights and observations will be updated nightly in Gorgias.
