- Enable the Smile.io app in Zaius’ App Directory: Click on the Smile.io tile, then click on the Install App button.
- Under the Settings tab, enter your private API key from Smile.io, then authenticate the connection. Please note that API access is only available if you’re on Smile’s Enterprise plan (Shopify & BigCommerce). (Learn how to get your Smile.io API key here.)
- Expand the Configuration section and click on the Sync Loyalty Data button.
- You can now start using Loyalty data to:
- Create segments in Zaius (and even sync them to Facebook and Google)
- Enrich your messages with personalized content in your Zaius campaigns
